ALARM ELECTRONICS MANUFACTURING CO., INC. sells products wholesale only to dealers and installers in the trade and does not sell direct to consumers/end users. Consumers/End users should consult their installer/dealer for information and advice regarding the application of the product(s) and their limitations.
Warranty
ALARM ELECTRONICS MANUFACTURING CO., INC. warrants only to the original purchaser(s) from Alarm Electronics Manufacturing Co., Inc. its products to be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use and service for a period of one year from date of purchase from Alarm Electronics Manufacturing Co., Inc.
The obligation of this warranty shall be limited to repairing or replacing any part of the product which we agree is defective in materials or workmanship under normal use and service during one year commencing with the date of purchase.
This one-year warranty is in lieu of all other express warranties, obligations or liabilities. ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES, OBLIGATIONS, OR LIABILITIES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO, ANY IMPLIED WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY, ARE HEREBY EXCLUDED. THE MANUFACTURER DOES NOT WARRANTY THAT THE PRODUCT IS SUITABLE FOR ANY PARTICULAR APPLICATION OR PURPOSE. No agent, representative, dealer, or employee of the company has the authority to increase or alter the terms or obligations of this warranty. This warranty does not apply to batteries or any product which through use may have a life of less than one year. IN NO CASE SHALL ALARM ELECTRONICS MANUFACTURING CO., INC. BE LIABLE FOR ANY CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES FOR BREACH OF THIS OR ANY OTHER WARRANTY, EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED, WHATSOEVER.
Product Application
ALARM ELECTRONICS MANUFACTURING CO., INC. MANUFACTURES SECURITY PRODUCTS AS COMMUNICATIONS AND DETECTION AIDS ONLY. The users of these products should be made aware of the limitations such as the possibility of radio frequency interference rendering certain products inoperable under certain conditions and that, as with any electronic product, failure of electronic components is always a possibility. Frequent testing is recommended. Although it may be possible that these products are the best available solution to many security problems the limitations should be considered. THE SUITABILITY OF THE PRODUCT FOR ANY PARTICULAR APPLICATION OR PURPOSE IS THE RESPONISIBILITY OF THE PURCHASER (DEALER/INSTALLER).
SHOULD THE PURCHASER DETERMINE WITHIN A PERIOD OF 90 DAYS FROM THE DATE OF PURCHASE THAT THE PRODUCT IS NOT SUITED FOR THE INTENDED APPLICATION OR PURPOSE, THE PRODUCT MAY BE RETURNED FOR FULL REFUND OR CREDIT. This warranty does not apply to products which are custom manufactured to specific customer requirements and are therefore not a part of a standard product line.
Warranty and Information concerning the discontinued AE107
Alarm Electronics products including the AE107 system are warranted for operation only with transmitters manufactured and supplied by Alarm Electronics Mfg. Co., Inc. and are not warranted with transmitters manufactured by and other party. The AE107 ETL listing to UL1635/1637 is valid only for transmitters manufactured by Alarm Electronics Mfg. Co., Inc. and tested by ETL as part of the listing process and is not valid when used with any other transmitters. The AE107 system is registered with the FDA as a Medical Device. Marketing of the system with transmitters other than those manufactured by Alarm Electronics Mfg. Co., Inc. constitutes an unauthorized modification of the Medical Device.
Alarm Electronics Mfg. Co., Inc. has not and does not authorize the use of transmitters with the AE107 other than those manufactured by Alarm Electronics Mfg. Co., Inc. Any parties who may have been supplied AE107 systems with transmitters which are not manufactured by Alarm Electronics Mfg. Co., Inc. should note that Alarm Electronics Mfg. Co., Inc. can make NO assurance that the system will operate properly, that the ETL listing for the system is void, and the use of the third party transmitters is a modification to the registered medical device which is not authorized by Alarm Electronics Mfg. Co., Inc.

Return authorization should be obtained prior to the return of any product. An RMA identification number will be issued to keep track of receiving and processing of returned product.
